We are looking for Customer Service superstars to express interest in our Customer Engagement Centre roles, where they will provide phone-based support to our customers during our 24 hour service 7 days a week service.
These opportunities are Full-time with hours spanning across 7 days a week, on rotation from Monday - Sunday 24 hours.

On a daily basis you will provide quick, accurate and up to date answers to customers queries, ensuring that you resolve all the calls you are skilled to take. Our Customer Engagement Centre is a customer centric environment, we are always there for our customers when they need us the most.
Your responsibilities:
Hours and Training:
Training is a compulsory component and you will need to attend all training dates to be successful in the position. This will begin on your start date and run for 3 weeks full time in office located at our Melbourne CBD office at 9:00am - 5:00pm AEST which you will then commence your shift times after completion.
