Position Summary:
The Patient Care Administrator (RN) plays a crucial role in ensuring quality patient
care by effectively managing Patient Care Service activities and facilitating smooth
patient flow within the organization during their assigned shift. In the absence of
the Administrator or their designee, the Patient Care Administrator (RN) is
entrusted with the authority and responsibility to make administrative decisions,
drawing upon their knowledge of the organization's standards, policies, and
procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:
Director of Capacity Management and Throughput, and the BH and RH
Patient Care Administrator (RN)will report to the V.P. of Nursing.
