The Job At-A-Glance:
The Senior HR Data Analyst (Advanced) plays a critical role in transforming workforce data into actionable insights that shape enterprise-wide people strategies. Operating at the intersection of data analysis and human resources, this role leverages advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and reporting expertise to identify opportunities that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee experience.
This position requires deep technical acumen, business partnership skills, and the ability to interpret complex workforce dynamics across multiple dimensions of HR data.
At this level, the Senior HR Data Analyst operates with considerable autonomy, determining analytical methods and procedures on new assignments. The role requires balancing technical depth with strategic influence, contributing directly to business and talent strategies through data-driven insights.
