The Team

The Associate Programs & Experiences team is dedicated to designing and delivering impactful programs and events that engage PVH EMEA and TH Global associates. We create meaningful experiences that foster connection, culture, and collaboration throughout the organization.

Our scope includes the full production and execution of PVH EMEA and TH global associate events—whether virtual, in-person, or hybrid—managed from our office in Amsterdam. From planning to delivery, we own the end-to-end process to ensure a seamless and engaging experience. As we roll out initiatives to regional hubs, we support local execution by developing comprehensive toolkits and decks, enabling consistent and scalable implementation across locations.

Collaboration is at the heart of how we work—we partner closely with stakeholders across the business and the regions, leading (bi-)weekly taskforce meetings to align on priorities and ensure smooth delivery. We also own the planning and execution of C-level Town Halls for both EMEA and TH global audiences, creating impactful moments of connection between leadership and associates.

Our team is part of the Community of Experts within the People Function. Together we focus on growth and value creation initiatives, ensuring these are prioritised and developed for the benefit of PVH EMEA and TH Global.

The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Specialist to join our team and support the development and delivery of high-impact social and corporate associate programs and events across the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in driving engagement and ensuring consistent execution across various hubs through both virtual, in-person and hybrid experiences.

Pulling from past experience, internal guidelines, and ongoing trends, this role will help shape the future of PVH EMEA’s associate-facing event programming.

  • Assist in shaping content, themes, and formats that align with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Create comprehensive rollout materials, including decks, toolkits, and guides to equip local teams for successful delivery.
  • Partner with hub leads to tailor programs as needed, while maintaining alignment with overall strategy and objectives.

Stakeholder Relationships

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, executive leadership, vendors, and external partners.
  • Lead regular taskforce meetings, setting the agenda, managing the meeting deck, and driving follow-up on action items.

Event Production

  • Lead the end-to-end production of virtual, in-person, and hybrid events, overseeing all operational aspects from planning to execution (including vendor coordination, logistics, technical setup, registration, and post-event follow-up).
  • Prepare all necessary event materials, including production schedules, agendas, welcome packs, and post-event evaluations.
  • Ensure a high-quality attendee experience through meticulous planning and proactive problem-solving.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in event management, event programming, or activations.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, handle tight deadlines and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive, self-starting individual with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality.
  • Experience in logistics, timeline management, and creating detailed project plans.
  • Creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Strong attention to detail, process-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on collaboration.
  • Passion for creating engaging associate experiences that reflect the culture and values of PVH EMEA.
  • Digitally savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and tools.
  • Dutch speaking & writing is a big plus.
