Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Sourcing
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and social media) to attract top talent.
Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Data and Reporting
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Generate and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide weekly and monthly hiring progress reports to management and stakeholders.
Stakeholder and Process Management
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex or senior-level hiring requirements.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent marketing campaigns.
Participate in career fairs, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
Coaching and Continuous Improvement
Mentor and guide junior recruiters or sourcing associates in recruitment best practices.
Contribute to process enhancements to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.
