We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Manager, Business Management & Support to provide strategic support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Technology leadership team to oversee end-to-end IT support for high-profile business events and other executive-level engagements.
This role ensures seamless technology execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination to uphold the company’s reputation and operational excellence. The incumbent will work closely with the CIO and IT Executive Committee (ExCo) members, as well as cross-functional teams to deliver flawless IT services during mission-critical events.
The successful candidate will also act as a trusted advisor to the CIO on both internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging, thought leadership, and executive visibility. You will collaborate with global and local technology leadership teams, business leaders, and external partners to enhance the reputation of Hang Seng Bank’s Technology function.
