DUTIES:
Ensure daily work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
Uphold the highest standard of cleanliness in the Public Areas both front and back of house using your own initiative to recognise required tasks apart from the assigned. 
Responsible for economical, efficient and safe use of equipment and material.
Must be pleasant, courteous, respectful, friendly and helpful to all guests and staff; maintain a good relationship with co-workers. 

Experiences and skills required:
Customer service
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of workplace practices in Occupational Health and Safety
Knowledge of Hotel environment
