Sous Chef (Temporary – Littleton, MA)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM

Duration: 1–2 months (temporary contract)

Pay: $25/hour

We’re seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team for a short-term assignment in Littleton. The ideal candidate will assist with daily kitchen operations, maintain high food quality and safety standards, and support the head chef in menu execution and prep.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Support the head chef with menu planning and daily prep
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory and ordering as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a sous chef or line cook
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• ServSafe certification preferred
