Part-Time Human Resources (HR) Officer

Location: Littleton CO

About the Role

We’re looking for a caring, proactive Part-Time HR Professional to support our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company where people truly matter, and where thoughtful HR practices are welcomed and valued.

In this role, you’ll assist with daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement — and you’ll also be a trusted point of contact when HR issues or concerns arise. You’ll help ensure that our workplace remains supportive, fair, and aligned with our values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities: post job ads, review applications, and coordinate interviews.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a positive experience for every employee.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits coordination.
  • Help develop, implement, and communicate HR policies that reflect our people-first culture.
  • Provide guidance and support when HR issues or employee concerns arise, working collaboratively to find fair, constructive solutions.
  • Promote a healthy, inclusive workplace culture where everyone feels respected and heard.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with HR software or systems (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar) is a plus.
  • Organized, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a positive team environment.
