The Senior Business Analyst position provides a strategic business view of current performance and opportunity areas to the Customer Connection Center (C3) leadership team. This leader will drive strong execution of a report creation and analytics team through development and coaching while supporting department leadership needs related to data and analysis. This person will gain an in-depth understanding of the C3 business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. Additionally, this person works closely with various external department teams to ensure data-related needs for new projects or budget work accurately consider the needs of C3 in the planning, design and development phases of the projects.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and refinement of departmental KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and optimize performance
  • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the Business Analyst and Reporting Specialist team, with a strong focus on professional growth and skill development, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Lead and execute ad hoc analyses to address management inquiries across the department and collaborate with key business units, providing actionable insights and identifying opportunities for performance optimization
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced interactive dashboards and standardized reporting solutions to enable data-driven decision-making for functional teams and executive leadership
  • Support project implementation initiatives by providing analytical expertise and contribute to departmental training and development programs to enhance data literacy and operational efficiency
  • Continuously assess and recommend process improvements to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities
  • Collaborate with Digital Product and Operations reporting teams as well as budget and Finance partners to provide and obtain data/reporting required for project planning and implementation needs
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to the C3 Leadership team to inform strategic decisions
  • Proactively identify and lead data-driven initiatives, manage resources, and ensure accountability for achieving results
  • Oversee projects designed to enhance department performance, impacting up to 500 team members across diverse roles within C3 and associated partnership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • 1+ year(s) of leadership experience
  • Experience in advanced analytic methods
  • Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Python, SQL, Power BI, and Business Objects
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, DBeaver, Amazon Redshift
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

The salary range for this opportunity is $67,000.00 - $85,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
