Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner on a 6 month FTC to join our growing in-house talent team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring brilliant client management and project management talent across all our of creative agencies.

Working closely with agency leaders and talent partners, you’ll act as a true partner understanding each team’s unique culture, creative ambitions, and business goals, and delivering outstanding recruitment experiences from brief to offer.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers across multiple creative agencies to define role requirements and shape recruitment strategies.
  • Source, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across Account Services, Project Management and more.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing and headhunting to offer management and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Champion employer branding, ensuring every candidate experiences our creative culture and values.
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within creative, marketing, or communications agencies (in-house or agency-side).
  • Deep understanding of Client Services and Project Management roles and the nuances of creative agency life.
  • Confident managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • A natural networker who enjoys building long-term relationships with talent and industry peers.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about creativity, people, and making great matches.
