Major Duties :1. Manages an analytical services group, including

conducting the performance management process

and providing input for staffing and disciplinary

actions, and provides hands-on training to staff.

2. Develops periodic goals, organizes the work,

sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities,

and ensures timely and accurate completion of

work.

3. Participates in all division management

meetings and decision-making processes

to understand business plans and expectations

of the group.

4. Works with client servicing manager and

consulting staff to understand client expectations

and the specific levels of support needed.

5. Works with operations managers to establish

standards of performance that are required to

meet business objectives and client expectations.

Evaluates actual performance against expectations

to identify areas for continuous improvement.

6. Provides on-the-job guidance to the group,

and ensures that all necessary resources are

provided to accomplish priorities.

Knowledge :Knowledge of all aspects of trust accounting

and securities processing as well as the

relationship of these processes to performance

measurement services, acquired through work

experience, to effectively manage performance

analysts and administrative staff, and disseminate

technical information to the groups as appropriate.

Leadership and organizational skills are required

to develop periodic goals and to manage and

motivate team members towards the goals set.

Experience :5 to 7 years of financial operations, including

managerial experience. Some educational or

experiential background that provides a basis

for understanding performance analytics.
