Job Description
How will you fight for an AIDS-free generation?
Senior Service Delivery Manager is responsible for providing leadership and management support, coordinating and implementing high-quality, integrated HIV prevention, testing and treatment services for children, adolescents, adults and pregnant and lactating women in EGPAF-supported very high-volume sites. They provide technical supervision and capacity building of health workers to ensure the provision of quality, effective and quantifiable services, while integrating these services with other primary health care services in health facilities and in the community. They collaborate with Clinical Advisors and the Monitoring and Evaluation team to standardize and improve lifesaving service delivery through continuous quality improvement processes, tracking key performance indicators and strategies to determine progress and innovations in health facilities. They lead the planning of health system support and health systems strengthening activities aimed at improving the quality of HIV care and treatment interventions.
