You will expand and utilize your skills by working on challenging projects, where you can plan, direct, and monitor all aspects with varying degrees of technical complexity from the proposal stage through detailed design and construction. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in growing the business by establishing and expanding long-term client relationships, identifying and securing new work, leveraging your existing network within the municipal sector, technically leading and supporting our conveyance projects, and mentoring intermediate and junior staff.
You will also participate as a subject matter expert or draw on the knowledge of our technical experts to lead or support the design of municipal conveyance infrastructure (watermains, sewers, culverts, etc.) according to established standards and software. You will lead the development of engineering studies, reports, drawings, specifications, contract documents, proposals, and cost estimates with minimal direction.
You’ll be expected to be in the Toronto, Kitchener, or Ottawa office or project or client sites on average 2 days a week, with the expectation to travel for client/site meetings and occasional team meetings.
