The AG Service Solutions intern is a role that works for the AG Segment in EMEA Service Development.
The CNH Industrial [CNHi] Agricultural Machine provides the customers with several services, some of them available to all machines (Extended Warranty, Maintenance Contracts, Winter Check, Uptime, etc.), and some of them specific for the machines connected (Remote support, Proactive Support, Maintenance reminder, etc.). These services must be defined, get ready for each market where they have to be sold, and finally delivered to the Dealers and Customers, in coordination with the Brand and Service Brand.
The process foreseen to assist Brand Service in defining a plan for each market and each Brand. This plan has to make sure we have available:
1. Service Technical Cost
2. Terms & Conditions in the specific language and confirmed by a legal local firm
3. The tools necessary to the CNHI dealer Network to sell the contracts and to manages them though the machines live.
4. The training material for internal users and dealers.
The tools to manage the services are in constant evolution, and they are part of the development plan lead by Information Technology [IT]. The AG Service Solution Intern will assist and follow this development as interface between business and IT. The role of the intern is to assist the Service Solutions team with all these tasks.
The main language to be used to communicate with the Dealers and internal Customers will be primarily English so the candidate must have a good level of English, both speaking and writing. Additional languages like Italian, Spanish, French & German are a welcomed asset.
The AG Service Solutions Marketing, Training and Communication intern has these primary tasks:

Degree: Marketing, Communication or Project Management. Also accepted Agricultural Economics.
