Do you have a passion for building brands in one of the fastest-growing online markets in the world? P&G is looking for a professional with practical experience as a designer at top e-commerce retailers to join our team as content manager for marketplaces. You will be responsible for developing advertising materials for world-famous brands that will be seen by millions of people on the leading e-commerce platforms in the country.

As a designer for graphic content on marketplaces, you will:

• Develop creative concepts for advertising materials within the brand book, aimed at increasing conversion from views to purchases.
• Create advertising materials (product cards, banners, rich content, brand zones) using modern technologies.
• Develop an annual content calendar based on brands’ new products, seasonal changes, and the overall social context.
• Test hypotheses - A/B tests for product cards’ visuals: covers, galleries, and descriptions to find the most conversion-efficient creatives.
• Analyze metrics - CTR, CR, and adapt content based on results.
• Build effective processes for creating, testing, and analyzing content on marketplaces to improve efficiency and speed of work.
• Analyze competitors’ content and overall trends in creative approaches in the market.
• Create clear technical specifications for the agency, controlling the quality and timely implementation of tasks.
• Collaborate closely with multifunctional P&G teams and become an integral part of a large team of professionals who are passionate about their work.

NB: A technical interview will be part of the selection process to assess your hard skills.

Job Qualifications

• The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to Moscow with the company's support)
• A higher education diploma or enrollment in the final year of a bachelor's/master's program/specialty
• Good command of English (Pre-Intermediate/A2 or higher level).
• Experience in a similar role for at least 2 years at Wildberries and/or Ozon
• A portfolio is a must
• Proficiency in graphic software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva) and video editors: CapCut/Videoleap (basic level)
• Experience with 3D (3D Max, Blender)
• Basic animation skills (After Effects, Adobe Animate, etc.)
• Extensive experience in creating designs using AI
• Knowledge of marketplaces’ technical requirements for product card and banner design
• Ability to create structured technical specifications for all types of content
• Skills in managing agency and understanding the impact of content on metrics
• At least 1 year of experience in A/B testing of product cards
• Knowledge of visual storytelling, understanding of the product perception funnel
• Creativity, but also a systematic approach to work and high discipline
• Willingness to take responsibility for results
• Independence in finding creative solutions aimed at achieving business results
• Responsibility, punctuality, attention to details
• Flexibility and ability to learn quickly in unforeseen circumstances
• Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
