As Santen Vietnam continues to grow and expand its business, we are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Product Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy to attain given goals and objectives. You will also cooperate closely with team members and other functions to ensure alignment with organizational directions and collectively achieve business goals.

Job Description

What you will do

  • Formulate and implement short-term and mid-term product strategies to achieve targets for market share, annual revenue, and profit.
  • Plan and execute strategic, effective marketing activities and communications to increase the product's share of voice and strengthen brand equity as a market leader.
  • Set up, monitor, review, and report on marketing activities (KPIs/ROI), forecast revenue and expenditures, and manage the assigned product budgets.
  • Work closely with the field force team and cross-functional partners (both internal and external) to ensure seamless execution of the marketing plan and projects.
  • Perform market research, analyze customer needs, current market conditions, and competitor information to identify new opportunities.
  • Identify market development opportunities to propose action plans for improving brand awareness and providing solutions for unmet patient needs.
  • Be involved in the process of determining the pricing strategy for assigned products.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role

  • At least 3 years of direct experience as a Product Manager (or 5 years as a Product Specialist) within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • A degree in Pharmacy or Medicine is preferred, or a strong background in business/marketing for proven professional MKT expertise.
  • Excellent command of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical thinking, with a strong focus on result orientation and objective decision-making.
  • Proficient knowledge of modern and integrated marketing, coupled with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, persuasiveness, and the ability to build strong internal and external networks for effective collaboration.
  • High passion for the job, ambition to achieve targets, and proven adaptability to a dynamic business environment.
  • Solid medical and marketing knowledge, plus good computing skills, especially with MS Office software.
