About this Position
What you´ll do
- Drive development and implementation of Industrials Sustainability strategy in selected markets jointly with the commercial teams and other functions to drive new business opportunities
- Lead strategic cross-functional projects on sustainability topics, such as debonding and reducing emissions from raw materials
- Drive internal decisions on sustainability impact of existing portfolio and new innovation opportunities
- Lead customer engagement by working with customer-facing teams to identify new collaboration opportunities
- Represent Adhesives Industrials Sustainability team at customer events and conferences
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in business/strategy, sustainability, engineering, or a related subject
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably at the interface of business and sustainability
- Technical affinity and knowledge of different sustainability topics relevant for industrial B2B markets
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills across different management levels
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
