About the Role:
Our Talent Acquisition Team is looking for an Early Careers Recruiter to join our global team. This position is based in London and is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days work from home.
Join our dynamic Global Talent Acquisition Team and collaborate with the European Human Resources team to drive an efficient and effective talent acquisition strategy for early career talent. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Global Investment Banking intern programmes in London and Frankfurt.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Collaborate with key senior stakeholders within Global Investment Banking to understand hiring needs and develop strategies for intern hiring and junior analyst pipeline.
- Manage, and regularly re-evaluate, the end-to-end recruiting processes for intern classes & events, including screening and assessment, interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer issuance, and onboarding.
- Partner with the business on a candidate engagement strategy post offer acceptance.
- Build and execute university outreach strategies; attend campus recruiting events.
- Organize brand-building events in partnership with Global Investment Banking.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company’s employment brand.
- Manage and delivery the internal communication strategy, regularly updating key stakeholders and the business to foster engagement and general awareness of the early careers strategy
- Foster relationships within the Talent Acquisition community to share best practices.

What You'll Bring to Baird:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum five years’ HR/ early careers recruiting experience.
- Early Careers recruiting experience in financial services strongly preferred.
- Skilled in recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Strong writing, interviewing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Technically savvy with ATS, sourcing technology, social media, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated organization, time management, and solution-oriented problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision whilst maintaining a collaborative communication approach.
