  • Business Partnering, providing generalist HR advice and strategic workforce support; and

  1. Senior HR Advisor, Business Partnering

As part of the HR Business Partnering team, you’ll work closely with leaders across DCJ divisions, including Corrective Services NSW, Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery, Homes NSW, and Corporate Services.

You will:

  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance on complex workforce issues.
  • Lead initiatives in change management, workforce planning, performance, and culture.
  • Manage sensitive matters such as grievances, misconduct, and industrial relations.
  • Coach and support managers to build capability and confidence in people leadership.
  • Collaborate on reforms and organisational design to meet future workforce needs.

You bring:

  • Strong experience in HR partnering or advisory roles within complex organisations.
  • A confident and empathetic approach to employee relations and case management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to balance strategic and operational HR demands.

  1. Senior HR Advisor – Inclusion & Diversity

As part of the Inclusion and Diversity team, you’ll deliver strategic programs that embed equity, inclusion, and cultural safety across DCJ.

You will:

  • Develop and deliver programs that enhance diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Partner with employee networks and business leaders to promote inclusive culture.
  • Provide expert advice on inclusive practices, accessibility, and workplace equity.
  • Use workforce data and engagement insights to identify and address barriers.
  • Support communication, awareness campaigns, and engagement events.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in diversity, inclusion, or culture change roles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • The ability to translate policy into practical, people-focused initiatives.
  • Lived experience or demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion principles
