Position at Conair LLC
The Director of Category Strategy & Management will lead category strategy and customer growth planning across the Beauty & Homecare business unit. This role is responsible for developing data-driven, insight-led recommendations that drive category and brand growth at key retailers. You will connect the voice of the shopper and customer to the business, transforming data into actionable strategies and compelling stories that influence customer decisions and internal priorities.
Develops integrated category and customer strategies that align to brand priorities and business goals. Identifies market trends, whitespace, and assortment opportunities that drive category growth.
Builds strategic narratives that connect insights to customer outcomes. Uses storytelling to simplify complexity and inspire customer action. Communicates clearly and persuasively across levels.
