Join our team as a Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II) in France, where you’ll play a key role in advancing observational and registry studies. Key Responsibilities

  • You will monitor observational and registry studies, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct up to 6 Days On Site (DOS) per month in France, primarily in the Paris area.
  • Perform both standard and short site visits as required by study needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Management hub to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Adapt quickly to new processes and models as they are implemented.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting for all monitoring activities.
  • Communicate effectively with site staff, sponsors, and internal teams to resolve issues and share updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a CRA, ideally at CRA II level, with a strong background in observational and registry studies.
  • Availability to begin monitoring activities in France soon.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Proven ability to adapt to new models and changing environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools is a plus.
