Key Responsibilities
- You will monitor observational and registry studies, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct up to 6 Days On Site (DOS) per month in France, primarily in the Paris area.
- Perform both standard and short site visits as required by study needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Management hub to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Adapt quickly to new processes and models as they are implemented.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting for all monitoring activities.
- Communicate effectively with site staff, sponsors, and internal teams to resolve issues and share updates.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a CRA, ideally at CRA II level, with a strong background in observational and registry studies.
- Availability to begin monitoring activities in France soon.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Proven ability to adapt to new models and changing environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools is a plus.
