We seek for ''Site Manager'' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy inGrid Integration and will work in one of the existing projects in Turkey for 12 months with below qualifications:

Your responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of jobs as per client's requirement and project targets.
  • Knowledge and observance of Health&Safety rules and guidelines.
  • Leadership&commitment to lead a group of employees in his fold.
  • Preparation of reports to various sections of the company,
  • Implementation of quality systems.
  • Controlling, monitoring, reviewing, and putting necessary control measures to optimize all activities to stay within schedules.
  • Management and coordination of site personnel,
  • Notifications to client and subcontractors in coordination with project manager.
  • Leading all the technical teams at the site for installation & commissioning of electromechanical works,
  • Reporting to Operations Manager.
  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft MS Office and applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Autocad.
  • Extensive previous experience (at least 5 years) as a Site Manager.
  • Experience in substation projects.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
  • Excellent problem resolution skills.
  • Capability to implement, coordinate, and control immediate solutions.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Being hardworking, result-oriented, self-motivated with excellent technical skills.
  • Completed military service.
  • Having a valid driving license and being able to drive.
