Change Lead, Group Operational Excellence

How you succeed

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker who can drive change and innovation. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You'll need to be able to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and implement them effectively. You'll also need to be able to communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively.

What you do

  • Support initiatives by aligning objectives, conducting analysis, synthesizing insights, and developing actionable recommendations to achieve desired outcomes
  • Represent GOE in project discussions, ensuring alignment and visibility across all stakeholders
  • Contribute actively to team discussions by formulating and sharing your own point of view
  • Support and co-drive GOE initiatives such as peer learning and knowledge sharing within GOE and across OCBC

Who you are

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in reputable consulting firm and/or within the strategy or transformation division of a leading financial institution
  • Strong motivation and independence, supported by outstanding academic credentials and professional achievements
  • Good understanding of financial services, including business models and emerging industry trends such as digital transformation
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments, including cross-functional, multi-stakeholder and unstructured settings
