Sales Enablement – Primary responsibility will be a Pre-Sales role working collaboratively with sales teams and key partners to increase revenue and close deals.   Assist Sales Managers during the sales process by educating key decision makers about new technologies and methodologies.   Build and foster relationships with other partners, CIOs, CTOs and lead pre-sales initiatives.   Act as the single point of contact within company for all technical enquiries from customers within your assigned territory   Gather knowledge of competitive products from multiple vendors and can highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each solution   Provides guidance to the sales team as a technical consultant by conducting design sessions, seminars and public presentations.   Will provide input on our Bids and Proposals and assist with RFP’s and BOM’s (Bill of Materials).   Solution Delivery – Will be responsible for delivering our technical solutions through Design and conduct field Proof of Concept/Trials with customers, with a specific and measurable set of outcomes to be delivered that lead to a sale.   Train and enable partners to create awareness of Ruckus’s unique strengths and competitive advantage through onsite training, roadshow’s and seminar’s   Understand the business problem being solved by Ruckus, rather than purely focus on the product or technology


7+ years’ experience designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging and administering Wired and Wireless LAN technologies Experience working with enterprise grade switches from different vendors.   Solid understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, IGMP, Switching and Routing (Layer 2 & 3 communication).   Solid working experience with 802.11 Wireless Access Points and Wireless Controllers.   Understanding of RF transmissions & antenna behaviour.   WLAN Security in the areas of authentication, encryption, RADIUS, AAA authentication, EAP, PSK, etc. Understanding hotspot WISPr technologies   Hands on Experience with various NMS solutions, RF troubleshooting and packet capture tools and wireless Network designing tools is desirable.   Hands on Experience in deploying and configuring end to end systems using Ruckus or similar Products is desirable.   Experience on VOIP, Video, firewall technologies would be beneficial   Able to interface with users and technical staff; team-player, strong organizational and conceptual skills, and ability to work independently, strive to technical excellence and expertise.   The following Certifications would be a plus: CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWSP, CWNE, CCIE   Soft Skills   Good communication and presentation skills   Fluent in English (both spoken and written language)   Good interpersonal and team working skills
