What would you do? • The order entry team places orders on behalf of seller’s basis the details shared in the Service Request (SR) so that the sellers get the products they need to service their customers. The Order Entry agents need to be mindful of selecting the right products as per SR to avoid shipping and billing of wrong products that was not requested. During order creation emphasis to be laid on accuracy, ensuring order is being created for the intended account. • The order entry team places orders on behalf of seller’s basis the details shared in the Service Request (SR) so that the sellers get the products they need to service their customers. Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing. Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.
