Japan Channel Sales

Job Description

  • The role is an individual contributor
  • Responsible for channel sales across Japan
  • Leading the internal cross-functional team to plan the market’s GTM strategy, including Route-to-Market planning, product positioning, resource allocation, and market development.
  • Grow the two-way radio business with effective channel programs and system integration project sales
  • Proactively develop and expand pipelines through direct customer engagement or leveraging channel partners.
  • Develop expansion business through existing and new partnerships 
  • Manage and coordinate partner Sell-through performance

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 5 Years channel sales experiences in ICT, SI, or Telecommunication field
  • Must equip solid experiences of sell-in, sell through channel sales management, channel program operations, and partner business planning.
  • Must equip successful experiences in managing a channel structure with distributor(s) and key resellers.
  • Being able to manage accurate sales forecast, mitigate risks, create opportunities on quarterly basis
  • Track record of success project win in key accounts or through strategic alliances is a plus
  • Solid experiences in subscription business relating to network service provider and / or application service providers is a plus
  • Sales experience in safety and security vertical industries is a plus 
  • The desired candidate shall be result oriented, possessing a proactive and positive mindset. 
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese
