As the marketing leader for this program, you will create and define the strategy for communication, websites, social and demand channels to enable Selling Partners to discover the plans offered by Strategic Account Services, learn about their benefits and then have a seamless and frictionless path forward to sign-up for these services.

Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will be the custodian of the Strategic Account Services brand in Europe and will develop marketing strategies to drive adoption of the plans and the program by Selling Partners. You will grow traffic across free and paid channels, optimize existing campaigns/websites to drive quality conversions and improve the customer journey. You will work with the program team to identify opportunities to remove barriers for our Selling Partners to maximize their growth opportunity; you will simplify processes and automate in order to scale the reach of this program; and you will work with multiple stakeholders to invent, and test improvements to assets and collaterals used by Marketplace Consultants. You will have strong communication skills to lead executive interactions and to influence a broad set of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with rolling up the sleeves to deal with ambiguity, show strong attention to detail, display high-calibre analytical ability and will be at ease in a fast-paced environment.
