Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will create user stories from roadmaps, collaborate with development and QA teams, and lead end-to-end testing and defect resolution.

Rate Range: $45/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Gather and document business requirements by working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support testing efforts by validating that developed solutions meet business requirements and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create reports, dashboards, and documentation to communicate insights, track progress, and support decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking or auto finance domain.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology with hands-on experience in sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming.
• Proven ability to create user stories, collaborate with development and QA teams, and lead end-to-end testing and defect resolution.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
