14 days off every 5 shift rotations (holiday allowance included in shift pattern)
Plus 6 “rota days” per year.

We are searching for a process Leader to organise and provide leadership to their team which will enable them to meet the goals set by the Shift Manager in line with the Plant’s objectives. This is a hands on role and therefore your technical and engineering skills are key for this role and well as your ability to mentor and lead a small team.

Main Purpose of the Position
The purpose of this position is to organise and provide leadership to their team which will enable them to meet the goals set by the Shift Manager in line with the Plant’s objectives.
This is a hands-on role and as such it is an integral part of the team functioning in their area – leading by example is a key requirement of this role.
