Minimum Qualifications

  • Master of SQL
  • Understand the ad platform reporting feature (e.g Facebook Ads
  • Understand the mobile attribution tool (e.g Appsflyer, Adjust, etc)
  • Proficient with editing and modifying Python/R code for analysis and data reporting
  • Understands the generation and movement of data in the startup ecosystem and how data engineering/product/data science is involved with BI
  • Ability to comfortably navigate Jira, BitBucket repos, etc. with git pulls, push, PRs, and merges.
  • Able to create custom dashboards for reporting purposes from various data sources

  • The main PIC for Performance Marketing campaign analysis, providing insights from the campaign data and create actionable recommendation
  • Analyze the Performance Marketing funnels and user journey (awareness, acquisition, activation, re-engagement / retention) and come up with pain point analysis & recommendation to improve performances (for both demand and supply)
  • Make correlation and causation analysis on Performance Marketing spending vs our Install, Transactions and ROI
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Growth Analyst to find growth hacking opportunities
  • Collaborate with Tech Manager to find tech improvement opportunities
