Alorica

Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, pre-employment checks, and orientation scheduling.

Communicate with candidates to provide updates, instructions, and assistance throughout the onboarding process.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure all requirements are completed prior to start date.

Prepare and organize onboarding materials and employee records.

Update and maintain onboarding trackers, HRIS, and internal databases to ensure data accuracy.

Support the Talent Acquisition team in offer releases, pre-employment requirements, and other related activities.

Address candidate queries and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

Assist in continuous improvement of onboarding processes and documentation.
