YOUR NEXT ROLE

As our Multimedia Specialist, you’ll bring creative energy and technical precision to multimedia projects that span video, eLearning, graphics, and audio. You’ll be at the heart of our localization workflows, transforming client content into engaging, culturally resonant experiences. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create and adapt multimedia content including video, eLearning modules, graphics, and audio to meet client specifications
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration of multimedia into localization workflows
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing internal and external client needs
• Refine and modify curriculum designs for clarity and impact
• Deliver high-quality work on time and aligned with stakeholder expectations
• Communicate proactively and clearly throughout project lifecycles
• Innovate with new tools and processes to boost team productivity and creative output
• Estimate project timelines and coordinate resources effectively

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU

• Have 1–3 years of experience in multimedia production, including video editing, animation, and eLearning
• Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience.
• Are proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, and SubtitleEdit
• Know your way around eLearning platforms like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate
• Are skilled in sound editing, subtitling, and post-production voiceover work
• Can juggle multiple deadlines and prioritize with confidence
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with ease across teams
• Are detail-oriented with strong proofreading and organizational skills
• Are fluent in English (written and verbal)

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU

• Have experience working in localization or global content environments
• Are familiar with file management tools like Total Commander or FTP clients
• Bring a proactive mindset and love introducing new ideas to improve workflows
