Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Managing litigation.
• identifying legal risks, and offering actionable solutions.
• The role also mentors junior staff, oversees projects like licensing and divestments, and ensures compliance with statutory requirements.

Essential Requirements:

• Law school graduated
• At least 5 years of experience as Senior Legal Manager, working in Law firms or multinational companies.
• knowledge of business development, data privacy, finance, and tax law.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proven ability to focus on solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, and experience working in cross-functional teams, demonstrating professional and culturally sensitive work ethics.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Desirable Requirements:

• Work experience in Pharma Industry
