Senior Product Manager What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Product Manager within our Lodging division, which falls under our Corpay Lodging line of business. In this role, you will be responsible for prioritizing the development backlog with technology squads working on our Workforce platform. The Senior Product Manager will assist in implementing the vision and strategy of the company’s products and platforms, guided by the product roadmap, from feature definition to release. This position will work with engineers to translate features into stories and communicate our goals to business stakeholders. You will report directly to the Director of Workforce Product and regularly collaborate with the engineering team, sales, account management, and other department(s). Atlanta Corporate Office preferred Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Fostering cross-functional collaboration to align teams, drive accountability, and accelerate delivery. Crafting and refining user stories by researching, defining, and documenting feature enhancements and bug resolutions with precision. Leading user acceptance testing to validate solutions and ensure alignment with user needs and expectations. Driving agile execution by facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups to maintain momentum and clarity. Owning backlog management by prioritizing high-impact requests and ensuring the timely execution of top-value features. Delivering clear product communications by preparing and distributing concise change notifications ahead of releases. Cultivating stakeholder relationships by engaging business teams to gather actionable feedback and inform product strategy. Qualifications & Skills BA or BS degree (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of related experience in Product Presenting to business stakeholders and providing clear communication on milestones and achievements Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills, meaning you can both identify key project areas and explain their significance to different stakeholders.
