Paid Search (SEM) Manager What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Paid Search (SEM) Manager within our USVP division. This position falls under our Marketing line of business and is located in a remote-first environment with flexible location preferences. In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on execution and optimization of paid search campaigns, contributing directly to revenue goals. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Acquisitions and regularly collaborate with internal teams such as compliance, legal, creative, and development, as well as external partners, including Google, Microsoft, and Adobe. How We WorkAs a Paid Search (SEM) Manager, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Full home office set up Company-issued equipment with remote access Formal, hands-on training Role ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include: Managing and executing daily paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms Owning performance monitoring, budget oversight, and data feed troubleshooting for 8–10 accounts Establishing and managing a robust testing framework for new AI-powered ad formats and bidding strategies Testing and scaling Target Return on Ad Spend (tROAS) strategies across relevant paid search campaigns Researching, testing, and implementing AI-powered tools for ad copy generation, bid optimization, and campaign management Testing and iterating landing pages in collaboration with creative and development teams Participating in training programs to enhance understanding of AI trends and tools Contributing to competitive benchmarking efforts and identifying best practices and threats Supporting budget allocation refinement across different paid search campaign types Building, launching, and optimizing Performance Max campaigns Setting up and refining Demand Gen campaigns for increased visibility Collaborating closely with internal departments and external partners Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required 3–5 years of hands-on paid search experience (4–5 preferred), ideally in agency or multi-account environments Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Adobe Advertising Cloud, and Adobe Analytics Proven ability to manage budgets, monitor performance, and troubleshoot data feeds Demonstrated success in contributing to revenue goals through strategic paid search execution Experience with Google Performance Max and Demand Gen campaign setup and optimization Expertise in leveraging AI for automated bidding, keyword expansion, and ad creative optimization Certifications in paid search platforms are a plus Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to campaign opportunities Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends Comfortable making independent decisions and managing complex accounts Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements) Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
