Director, Product Management What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Director of Product Management within our Lodging division, which falls under our Corpay Lodging line of business. In this role, you will be responsible for prioritizing the development backlog in coordination with the Product & Technology leaders. The Product Manager will assist in implementing the vision and strategy of the company’s products and platforms, guided by the product roadmap, from conception to release. This position will work with engineers to translate features into stories and communicate our goals to business stakeholders. You will own a part of our customer experience end-to-end. The team will look to you as a source for innovation and creative problem-solving. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Workforce Product and regularly collaborate with the engineering teams, sales, account management, and other departments. Atlanta Corporate Office preferred Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Driving cross-functional collaboration by leading teams, setting clear expectations, and fostering accountability. Owning product definition through creation of user stories, rigorous research, and documentation of enhancements and fixes. Validating solutions via hands-on user acceptance testing to ensure every release meets real user needs. Championing agile execution by actively leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups. Prioritizing with precision—manage the backlog to ensure top-value features are delivered first. Delivering clear communication of product changes through concise, user-focused release updates. Influencing stakeholders by building strong relationships and continuously gathering feedback to shape product direction. Assessing product investments through strategic analysis of business cases and financial impact. Mentoring junior talent by managing and developing entry-level team members, especially Business Analysts. Qualifications & Skills BA or BS degree (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of related experience in Product Collaborating, leading teams, and holding your peers accountable Presenting to senior leaders and providing clear communication on milestones and achievements Demonstrate the ability to advance projects and influence individuals at all levels Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills, meaning you can both identify key project areas and explain their significance to different stakeholders. Excellent time management and organizational skills Comfortable managing multiple engineering teams simultaneously. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
