Remuneration: $35.63 per hour + 9.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances - Community Service Level 4
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Practitioner to join our North Queensland Community Care Team, focusing on providing exception support to the communities across Cairns and the Cassowary Coast.
This is a great opportunity for passionate Disability Practitioners looking to secure a permanent contract in a leading not for profit community services organisation.
The Role:
Supporting your clients through the end to end NDIS process from planning preparation to developing support plans, quotes and services agreements to enable support delivery and individualised billing in accordance with the NDIS billing processes.
Working closely with the Disability Support Officer and Service Leaders, you will provide guidance and leadership to employees delivering disability services as required.
You’ll have excellent leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders along with highly developed interpersonal communication skills to assist you in building rapport with your clients, their families and their support teams.
What you’ll need:
Supporting our clients in the best way possible is important to us. To be employed by Blue Care, you will be required to complete the free NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement and provide a copy of your certificate on completion.
