This role supports the credit risk management process within E2E Order to Cash. The role assesses the credit worthiness of customers and manages the process of approving/declining blocked orders.

Location: NOCC Mexico #LIHybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with direct managers to support financial activities, decision making and general projects.
  • Ensure that customers credit limits are reviewed timely and in compliance with the Novartis Financial Controls and Global Credit Management Guidelines.
  • Performs regular credit risk assessments to calculate the individual customer credit limit and risk classification with support of existing system solutions.
  • Collaborates with the collection team and recommends reasonable actions to reduce the amount of past due receivables.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders regarding the status / condition of an account as well as communicating the status of orders that will not be released with standard timelines.
  • Ensures productivity, continuous improvements and seamless service.
  • Support the measurement and delivery of service levels and SLA/KPI targets.
  • Prepare analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided (i.e.: DSO Variance).
  • Provide timely, proactive support in month end activities
  • Participate and be a spoke on LDC activities.
  • Contribute to FRA projects at country or BU level.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BS degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance or Chartered Accountant.
  • 4+ years of financial experience with in-depth functional expertise.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex sets of data including financial statements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national matrix organization.
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Power BI Knowledge
  • Lean / Six Sigma Certified preferred.
