Description for Internal Candidates
Manage performance of BDC Sales Executives to ensure accuracy of transactions & compliance requirements are met in accordance to the Bank’s guidelines policies and procedures;
Maintains staff by orienting and training BDC Sales Executives.
Accomplishes BDC Sales Executives results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
Plans, monitors and appraises team and individual KPI.
Train, motivate, coach, counsel and disciplines BDC Sales Executives in achieving their individual targets;
Achieve and focus on personal targets while understanding and assisting to achieve team sales and revenue targets;
Check and reconcile BDC daily compliance report;
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly staff performance report to Head Office on ad-hoc basis.
Monitor on BDC Sales Executives overtime, attendance and transport claims;
Designated Compliance Officer at respective BDC and handling wholesale transactions;
Internal - To develop and build long-term business relationship with Branch Managers, RMs, CSO & others
Follow-up, monitors, records and updates the progress of the business development relationship from all the different customer segments.
Cross-sells bank services and products
Provides bank services to a diverse customer base
Always develops personal growth opportunities
Performs other tasks as requested by Management as they related to the bank and its functions.
Perform monthly checking/testing/viewing of alarm and CCTV at BDC;
Manages and assist any BDC events and activities;
External - To develop and build long-term business relationships from different stakeholders and new customers accounts from different segments and industries;
