Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our People Function at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Cluj Napoca, Romania.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The MMC Global Program Specialist is a global role within the Talent Acquisition (TA) Global Program Office function supporting around 85-90 countries and 65% of the employee population. You will have the opportunity to engage and consult with senior members of the Global TA Center of Expertise supporting our multi-national operating companies and delivering professional services around the world.

Put your skills and experience into work while teaming up with our global TA partners and other colleagues to evaluate processes & procedures, implement programs that will streamline and add efficiency to our TA processes around the world.

We will count on you to:

  • Managing large-scale global projects, consulting on global and regional projects focused on continuous improvement, increasing efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Present status updates on critical projects to TA Leadership
  • Evaluate and make recommendations to improve our current TA Recruitment process based on TA process performance data and feedback collected
  • Collaboration / Coordination with our external vendors, participate in governance meetings & maintain relationship
  • Consult with TA Leaders on various data analysis, process, technology and organizational needs
  • Manage updates to PDF & Excel-based forms, process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Audits and compliance support
  • Regular contact with, but not limited to: Global TA Leadership, Team Leaders, Relationship Managers; Talent Acquisition Consultants and other TA colleagues; External MMC Compliance, Legal, MMC IT, HR Shared Services, , etc.

What you need to have

  • Higher education to degree level or equivalent
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a multinational environment
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing projects across the company – is a must
  • An excellent command of English
  • Very good Microsoft Office products including power point, Visio and Excel
  • Capability to influence with direct and indirect accountability
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving whilst focusing on colleague experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
  • Delivery orientation with excellent organizational, process and project management, analytical and communication skills
  • Mindset of continuous improvement and having clients in mind. Open to feedback, learn from past experience, adapt the approach to constantly improving colleagues journeys.
  • Change Management Expertise incl. guiding teams through process or organizational changes effectively.
