Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience within the Consumer Banking Group
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored financial solutions that meet the diverse needs of the bank's customer base
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Consumer Banking Group, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies to maintain the integrity of the bank's operations
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the financial services industry, preferably in the consumer banking sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing customer-centric strategies and initiatives
- Proficient in the use of data analytics tools and techniques to drive business insights
