We are currently seeking qualified candidates to be considered for the position of Assistant Director –
Quality Support for non-audit service lines in the BBC region. The successful candidate will be
responsible for consulting on complex, market-driven issues including client and engagement
acceptance, internal policies, procedures and tools, engagement agreements, regulatory matters
(including those related to anti-money laundering) across the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin
Islands and Cayman Islands.
As this role will primarily support the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) service line, the successful
candidate should have prior client-serving experience and deep service line knowledge in Restructuring
and Insolvency services, including knowledge of anti-money laundering/financial crime, treasury
procedures and financial services risk management.
Responsibilities:
