The Senior Manager Product Lead Cross System Data Enablement role will help set the data foundation to support our strategy across the System. The role will work hand and hand with Bottlers to create engagement, to ensure the data ingestion is flawless into the global data lake and plays an important role in data sharing principles. This role will act as the product owner of our NSR reporting system in EME (Eurasia & Middle East) Operating Unit, collaborating with Global NSR Product Owner. This includes soliciting business requirements, testing new features, and improving the system to meet business needs. 

The position will report into the Data & Analytics Director and will be a member of Eurasia & Middle East OU Digital Services Team under Data & Technology Hub Services. 

Cross System Enablement Data Analyst will report directly into the role. 

This position is a People Leader role. 

What You Will Do For Us: 

  • You will work directly with the OU (Franchise & Finance) + Bottlers Systems and other Platform services 
  • You will partner with bottlers, Franchise and other OU members on projects that require Company/Bottler data & analytical partnership 
  • The focus of the role is the data and analytical solutions that enable the Coca-Cola System (Company and Bottlers) to make fact-based decisions and drive actions in the market 
  • You will lead the deployment of syndicated data across the system ensuring that the data is fully exploited by the business – ensuring that users are trained and active engagement with the user base (stakeholder management, user communities etc) to meet adoption and value creation goals 
  • You will lead the deployment and development of dashboards on Power BI for the related domains and ensuring the solutions leading insights generates value and end-users are trained for maximum adoption. 
  • You will be the SME in the shared (bottler/company) analytical capabilities within the OU, and actively engage in the global network to share and gain learnings that benefit the OU and total System 
  • You will oversee the foundational cross system data enablement with our bottlers, through a relevant stakeholder approach, from NSR Data Lake foundation to joint data sets management and insights 
  • You will be the SME on the Net Sale Revenue & Execution data collection methodology and usage, ensuring the data is accurate and fit for use, partnering with Data Governance Team to identify and fix quality issues 
  • You will act as a product owner for our NSR (Net Sale Revenue) sales reporting system – including gathering business requirements, liaising with the stakeholders, and testing new features 
  • Be an active advocate for data & analytics-based decision making across the system. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Master degree in business, Analytics or associated field 
  • 10 years + experience 
  • Experience with data analytics insights, strategic integration of external data and Power BI dashboard development 
  • Solid background in implementing enterprise data strategies in areas including data foundations, governance, advance analytical solutions, with excellent ability in understanding and communicating the larger picture behind how data drives a business  
  • Strong leadership skills, business problem definition, and priority setting skills 
  • An aptitude for communicating insights and collaborating across teams/organizations 
  • A passion to learn/develop and bring in emerging trends/technology that drive further insight value 
  • The mindset of an entrepreneurial thinker and is a self-starter, displaying proactive thinking
