Job Summary: In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement our strategy through the execution of plant HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined employee group, by partnering with respective managers in our production facility. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with your business leaders and employees. You will be involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the areas of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business. You will help set the stage for continuous improvement of HR processes while being a role model for our core values.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the leaders of the assigned employee group to implement, administer, educate, and deliver on HR services, programs, training, and policies and/or practices that support the business and HR objectives. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and coaching.
  • Combines consultative partnership, operational execution, and proactive problem-solving to support engagement, retention, and employee development in collaboration with business leaders
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and drive behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business areas.
  • Manage employee relations, including investigation and developing solutions that result in fair and timely conflict resolutions.

Required Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study
  • 5 or more years of related experience is required, including 3 or more years of experience in an HRBP role in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Experience driving organizational changes

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Has in-depth knowledge of the HR function
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including employee/labor relations, compensation, inclusion, and employment law

Preferred Education and Experience

  • SHRM certification

Work Environment:

  • Must be comfortable working both in an office and on the shop floor, which will require the use of PPE.

Travel Required: (Percentage 0-100) Domestic 5%
