Job Description:

This position is part of the Enabling Functions Academy as part of the ASML Academy.

This academy is responsible to set up high quality and impactful learning and knowledge management solutions in areas of Enabling Functions and Sales, such as HR, IT, Finance, Learning & Knowledge Management and other departments. The team consists of Learning & Knowledge Management Business Partners and Solution Manager. We are part of the bigger L&KM community and collaborate strongly with College Leads and business owners (SMEs) in the sectors.

You play a critical role in the team by:

  • Translating business requirements into design of Learning & Knowledge Management solutions.
  • Developing educational learning materials in cooperation with L&KM Business Partner, content curators, and expert leads in line with the global quality standards and guidelines.
  • Taking the role of L&KM Architect for smaller L&KM solutions Managing the end-to-end delivery of the learning and development solutions and programs
  • Taking the role of content curator for specific learning needs if required
  • Maintaining and continuous improvement of L&KM Solutions within specified timelines

In this role you will

Perform Analysis

Interact with LKM BPs , subject matter experts in the business and stakeholders to understand the learning solutions design requirements for the user experience journeys. Analyze business requirements and develop detailed design specification

Design Solutions

Design L&KM solutions using innovative learning solutions design methodologies and technologies. Collaborate with experts and learning solutions designers of other academies for best practice knowledge transfer.

Develop solutions

Develop program materials to support that learning solution delivery resonates with the audience and ensures effective knowledge transfer and optimal development and learning experience.

Be an expert in adult learning and create interventions that enable successful knowledge transfer and skills development and apply a variety of learning solutions designs.

Collaborate with experts, business partners, architects and learning solutions designers of other academies for best practice knowledge transfer.

Comply and safeguard learning solutions design is in line with the global quality standards and guidelines including architectural regulations and standards.

Build Learning & Knowledge Management

Keep up with internal and external developments and ensure development, transfer and retention of all knowledge and information supportive to the realisation of the objectives.

Use/develop (external) reference/ network and know-how that is state of the art in own area of expertise.

Enhance high quality knowledge assets and appropriate governance, standards and metrics.

Manage stakeholders

Build and maintain a network of stakeholders, update and consult it regularly, manage expectations of stakeholders ongoing.

Other

Contribute to other initiatives in the scope of the Enabling Functions & Sales Academy & Learning Team: knowledge sharing events, promoting learning and building learning mindset in the organization; improving data quality and dashboard, improvements and updates on the Learning Experience Platform (LXP)

Manage and/or maintain learning platforms, for example learning management systems, knowledge management systems, and performance management systems.

Education

The candidate will have a Bachelor or Academic working and thinking level.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in L&D field with end to end responsibility for design and development of learning projects and journeys.
  • Understanding/background in instructional design, design thinking methodologies and modern workplace learning solutions is a pre.

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS): Familiarity with platforms such as EdCast, Moodle, Blackboard, etc. is preferred. The candidate should be able to create, manage, and track online courses on these platforms.
  • eLearning Authoring Tools: Proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia is required. These tools are used to create interactive and engaging eLearning content.
  • Graphic Design Software: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is necessary for creating visually appealing instructional materials.
  • Video Editing Software: Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro for creating and editing instructional videos. Experience creating motion graphics & 3d Objects using After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential for creating written content, presentations, and managing data.
  • Project/ Information Management Tools: Experience with tools like SharePoint, Confluence, Microsoft Project to manage and document eLearning development projects effectively.
  • SCORM and xAPI: Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards for creating interoperable eLearning content.
