Role summary : Operating in a captive set-up, the Workday Integration Lead will provide support for all existing integrations as well as design and build new integrations and reports.

Below are some high-level job expectations from this role:

  • Oversee the functional and integration development process, ensuring schedules are well-coordinated and resources are effectively managed to meet project timelines.
  • Participate in the Design, Build, Test, and Deployment phases of functional or integration projects as required.
  • Collaborate with business users to collect requirements, draft functional and technical specifications, and communicate technical and functional needs effectively.
  • Engage in training and other activities essential for supporting Workday within the organization.
  • Act as an internal consultant for al workday integrations any large scale implementation or redeployment projects.
  • Ability to complete in-depth impact assessment and identify risk as well as propose mitigation strategies for identified risks.
  • 10 Years of overall experience with minimum 5 years of experience in Workday HR, designing, building, and testing Workday HCM integrations to third-party vendors including payroll and benefits providers
  • Experience with Workday integration tools i.e., Custom Reports, EIB, Studio, CCW, PICOF, and PECI
  • Experience in programming in XML and XSLT
  • Demonstrated ability to design and develop Workday integrations
  • Understanding of integration patterns, SOAP, and Web Service Technologies
  • Experience with integrating applications via web service APIs - SOAP and REST
  • Workday upgrade testing for integration upgrades/fixes for each upgrade

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR processes and fundamentals. Good to have experience/exposure towards any module such as HCM, Recruitment
  • Workday EIB, Studio, Core / Benefits / Payroll Connectors, Calc Fields, XSLT / XML, Web Services
  • 5 + Years of implementation experience in the Workday Integration module
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio
  • Role may require extended US support
  • Excellent communication skills
