About the Company

Ria Money Transfer is a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT). We make it fast, reliable, and affordable for people to send money abroad. Ria has become one of the largest players in traditional remittances, and now we're focused making online money transfers simple and accessible to everyone.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the payment step of our transfer journey. You’ll focus on making it simple, secure, and reliable for customers to complete their transactions, whether paying by card, bank, wallet, or other APMs. Your work will directly impact conversion, approval rates, and customer trust at the most critical moment in the flow.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and regional teams to deliver funding experiences that are fast, compliant, and localized. If you’re motivated by solving high-stakes payment challenges and making money transfers easier, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do

Discover Opportunities

  • Analyze drop-off data, customer feedback, and payment trends to uncover friction in the checkout step.
  • Translate regulatory, operational, and processor requirements into clear problem statements.
  • Prioritize payment improvements based on impact to conversion, reliability, and cost.

Drive Execution

  • Write specs and user stories that enable secure and efficient integrations with processors and payment methods.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA to ship high-quality checkout experiences.
  • Work closely with risk, compliance, and finance to balance speed, cost, and fraud prevention.

Own Outcomes

  • Own the funding step of the customer journey across web and mobile.
  • Define success metrics like conversion, authorization rates, fraud rates, and processing costs.
  • Push for measurable improvements, iterating based on data and experimentation.

Align Stakeholders

  • Partner early with compliance, legal, and finance to ensure regulatory readiness.
  • Partner with the revenue team to ensure pricing is attractive.
  • Work with regional teams to support local payment methods while maintaining a consistent global experience.
  • Communicate trade-offs clearly, tying decisions to customer and business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of product experience in software, fintech, or online services.
  • Fluent in English, with experience working across time zones and remote teams.
  • Degree in business, design, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep expertise in at least one of: product data, UX design, or web development.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with at least Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office.
  • Reside in Denver, CO or be open to relocating.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Proven record of shipping and iterating on impactful products.
  • Strong product sense and understanding of user behavior.
  • Hands-on, with a bias for action and comfortable diving into the details.
  • Able to zoom in and out between strategy and execution.
  • Clear communicator who backs decisions with evidence.
  • Familiar with tools like Segment, Amplitude, Branch, Posthog or Iterable.
  • You regularly explore new apps and often find yourself analyzing what makes them work, or not.
