In this role you’ll built and manage all paid search channels, get exposure to multiple marketing channels, become an expert direct response advertiser through participating in end-to-end creation of ads, have a direct impact on revenue and growth, and help manage multi-million dollar budgets at one of the fastest growing brands in America.

  • Help execute customer acquisition campaigns across paid search channels (Google, Bing, Yahoo), Google Display Network, Pinterest, Outbrain, and Taboola and other programmatic display channels.
  • Create and implement on-going testing plans for ad copy, creative, landing pages, etc.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to spot trends/shifts in the landscape and build actionable plans to improve performance and ROI
  • Coordinate work flows between Marketing and many cross-functional teams, such as Design for ad creation, Product for landing page testing, Inventory Planning for alignment in marketing efforts, and Analytics for a greater understanding of campaign performance and identifying areas of opportunity.
  • Relentlessly analyze and optimize campaigns through A/B testing new audience segments, targeting strategies, and creative.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis as well as regular channel performance reports.
  • Support the marketing team in various marketing initiatives, as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in search engine marketing campaigns on Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter and Yahoo Gemini.
  • A keen interest in the digital advertising world—fast-paced and constantly-evolving, fueled by data-driven decisions and a desire to try whatever is new.
  • You think that working in a startup environment with ambiguity and frequent change sounds like an exciting chance for ownership and innovation!
  • Strong project/time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task between a mix of short-term and long-term projects, involving multiple teams and marketing partners.
  • Very strong analytical skills with an ability to organize and scrutinize data, interpret metrics and identify trends.
