We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Owner, to join our BNY Payments Enablement Enterprise Platform team. This role is in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
The Product Owner will the lead the ‘Capture, Route, and Distribute’ Pod in the Inquiry Management Group.
The Inquiry Management Group sits within the BNY Payments Enablement Enterprise Platform, responsible for managing and resolving transactional inquiries across the payment’s lifecycle. Its scope spans operational support, client experience enhancement, and platform resiliency, with a focus on enabling seamless, compliant, and efficient inquiries resolution.
The main goal of the pod associated with this Product Owner role is to establish, enhance, and refine the channels in which inquiries are received, consumed, sent/processed downstream. With a special focus on the MX migration relating to ISO20022 while optimizing operations and client experience by providing an exceptional, seamless experience for handling inquiries . This includes driving increased efficiency, fostering transparency, and ensuring reliable outcomes throughout the process while adhering to industry standards.
